Error installing APIC-EM

Hi, I am trying to install APIC-EM 1.4.2 virtual machine on VSphere Client that is connected to ESXI. The vm is 32 GB RAM and 6 CPUs. My computer has 12 GB RAM. I am receiving so many errors, and I think it happens because of memory. The next error appears to me just before finishing the installation:

Do you know how to resolve this error, or if it is because of memory?

Yes, you need 32G physical RAM.  It will be swapping like crazy.
