ServiceNow JDBC data source connection: CMM Instance Namer

Good day,

I am trying to configure a data source to the Cisco Call Manager SQL Database from ServiceNow (Madrid P4a). I have managed to get the following information; hostname, database name, and a user account with password. But I need the following information; instance name and database port.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Direct access to the Call Manager Informix database is not supported.  If you want to perform SQL queries or updates, I suggest that you use the AXL API, which has executeSQLQuery and executeSQLUpdate requests. You can use Java to do this, since you seem to be using Java (JDBC).
