Is anyone else getting prompted to download the Signiant App in order to download APIC-EM? If so, why is this app necessary for download? Thanks for any tips.
sorry you are having issues. Signiant is meant to speed up the transfer. It is an agent for intelligent file transfer. The ISO is close to 4G, so signiant is meant to optimise the download.
