Using natural language to enhance decisions with AI and the cisco Hierarchical Crosswork Orchestrator (HCO)
Operations Track: Breakout
Cisco’s Hierarchical Crosswork Orchestrator (HCO) leverages the Sedona Hierarchical Query Language (SHQL) to enable exploration and extraction of insights from the HCO’s complex data model, providing deep visibility across multiple layers of network infrastructure. For optimal results however, the use of SHQL does require syntax and HCO data model knowledge. In this session, we’ll introduce the HCO’s SHQL Query Assistant, an AI-powered chat agent that transforms natural language into SHQL queries and suggestions. We’ll demonstrate a publicly available SHQL assistant, as well as a proof-of-concept HCO product integrated assistant, and show how these can be used to help diagnose network issues, streamline troubleshooting, and simplify user interactions. Attendees will gain direct experience with the SHQL AI query formulation and have a unique opportunity to provide direct feedback that will help shape the evolution of the SHQL Query Assistant, ensuring it meets the real-world needs of network professionals.
Speaker: Wojciech Dec, Principal Software Engineer, Cisco
Hope this SHQL Agent way of RCA through HCO is inline with the Project Foresight, That HCO will also leverage the same Foresight Platform for hosting these agents.
@susinha2 Foresight is complimentary to this: the HCO SHQL Agent is planned to run on the HCO platform, as shown, and serve as a tool that the Foresight platform could use.
