CWM 1.2 New Features: Support for Forms / Callback State

Another highlight of this release is that CWM 1.2 introduces human interaction in workflows through adding support of forms and callback state.

I wanted to point out that in the CWM documentation (Guided Tasks)[Example Workflow #2], the workflow is evaluating the key "approved", while in the custom form, it is defined as "approve", causing the workflow to always end in rejection. If your team could update it, it would be awesome! Thanks
