Hello, I would like to know if CX Agent can only be configured in a VM or if it is possible to configure it in a cloud?
Looking at the guides, I only see information about configuring VMs.

Hi There,
The current QA certified versions of CX Agent supports local VM configuration only (VMware ESXi, Windows Hypervisor, Oracle Virtual Box). There is work being done to validate AWS Cloud image which is in Early Field Trials currently but no ETA has been provided for General Availbitily release.
