Key features of the integration include the following:
Automatic import and sync of Intersight Alarms and Advisories as ServiceNow Incidents. Impacted Configuration Items are also set if the Cisco Intersight Service Graph Connector is in use for Intersight inventory sync with ServiceNow.
Custom Intersight Portal with visualizations of Incident Sources and what Alarm Codes or Source Devices are causing Alarms.
Ability to send e-mails or raise other notifications from ServiceNow as Alarms or Advisories are automatically imported from Intersight.
