Hello,

i need to know the initial setup steps for Cisco DUO tenant.

should i receive email with the license. it's first time for me to create a tenant.

I think you just get an email to confirm your address.  I assume you are referring to using the "Duo Free" plan?
If you are referring to a paid account - how did you buy Duo?  With a credit card via duo.com, via a Cisco partner, or something else?

i already purchased my license. but i need to know to register my license and create my DUO tenant. it's my first time to create it.

Did you purchase your Duo license as part of User Protection Suite? I do believe you receive your Duo claim code via email. There are some instructions for activating the Duo license using the claim code in Cisco Security Cloud Control here.

Please contact your Cisco sales team or reseller for specific details of your subscription or assistance with activation.

what if it wasn't part of user protection suite.

these are the part numbers i have.  DUO-SUB / SVS-DUO-SUP-B / DUO-MFA

i need to know how to start my admin dashboard.
