DUO settings export

Has anyone created a script that can collect ALL the settings for an account (user and admin) into a file that can be used to duplicate the account settings for a new account? And is there a script that can use that output to copy those settings into the new account without having to scroll through all the options to set them?

Yes, I understand that the exported values will have to be manually modified for the new site.

There is not a good way to do this today...
- various settings and objects are accessible under different API endpoints
- get response data isn't formatted in a way that lets you easily post/put
- not everything you can see or manage in the Admin Panel has corresponding API parity
- some objects are intentionally never going to be exportable for security reasons.

If you give some more info about your use case I might have some tips.
