Protecting multiple applications

Hi,

I have a customer who requires protecting 2 applications: RDP for windows terminal server, and Azure AD (in order to protect user's maibox and office apps).

His environment includes an on-prem AD, synced to AAD.

Both setups are already up and running.

The problem is that it requires a duplicate Duo identity for each user.  Is it possible to have both methods for a single user?

Are you using anything to sync AD users to Duo?
If you install an Authentication proxy, even if you don't use it as a proxy, you can sync in user id/upn/email/etc. so you get all of the pieces you need on each user.
