Capture the prompt name played when the caller input occured dtmf/ speech

   I have scenario where the systems speaks list of available dates to caller and he can say “that one”. Here I need to what date he selected and process that date. How to identify the date played when the input occurred?. Appreciate any input.

Hi Mayilvaganan,

   Please elaborate the Scenario on what basis you want the system to prompt the date. Are you using any TCL-IVR related script to play the prompt or is it related to CVP. Also request  to post your queries based on your screnario either under

voice-gateway

or customer-voice-portal
