Cisco-IOS-XE Always On DevNet Sandbox 403 error

I had been trying out POST request on the Cisco IOS-XE always on sandbox, in order to create a new interface using RESTCONF AP. I am getting a 403 error code.  Quite a while back, I was able to successfully create a POST request using YANG but is no longer working. Any issues sandbox environment?

Looks like the sandbox itself is down right now, would suggest to use another sandbox or reservation XE device until this one is fixed up by the team.
