Sorry if this has been posted in the wrong place but I in need of some assistance with getting Finesse call data out of UCCX.
Currently we have the UCCX Platform and Finesse, where we can use Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Reporting which will gather the information required, such as calls in queue, abandoned calls, calls taken today etc.
However is there another way to get this information I have been reading up on the APIs etc but haven't had much luck.
Any help/pointers would be greatly appreciated.
Side Note: Ideally we want to be able to get this information put into Grafana for wallboard monitoring.
