I am experiencing persistent connectivity issues with my active DevNet Sandbox reservation.
Issue: Although the Cisco AnyConnect client shows a successful connection, all traffic to the internal sandbox IP times out (SSH and Ping)

Which sandbox(es) does this apply to? Which address(es) are you trying to reach in the sandbox?
Do you have any other VPN clients or EDR on your machine?

I am experiencing a few issues with the Sandbox C9300 device and would appreciate your assistance.
The Sandbox C9300 device appears to be always online. Does this mean that I do not need to connect through the VPN to access it?
SSH connectivity is inconsistent. Sometimes I am able to connect, but other times the SSH connection fails.
Even when the SSH connection is successful, the device does not accept the password. I am copying the password directly from the DevNet Sandbox portal, but authentication still fails.
Could you please help me troubleshoot these issues?

@jokearns1, there seems to be an issue with the Cat9300 sandbox. I am also unable to get any response from the device while connected to the VPN. Can you have a look at it?
