CUCM Integration

Hi guys,

I would like to integrate CUCM 8.6 with my own web application, basically an authenticated user should make a call from the webpage.

So what is the preferential way to do this?

I see some discussions about TAPI/JTAPI/CTIOS but i'm not sure that can be used with a CUCM and I wonder if there are any REST api.

The application backend is written in .NET.

Also, the End-of-Life has been announced for CUCM 8.6, and it is past the "end of SW Maintenance date". If you are developing a customer application, we would encourage you to move to the newer releases like 10.5 or 11.0.
