Dear Support:
Right now, we found dataset error on CUIC (attached). I tried to search and found one case for UCCX, one case for UCCE (but different error details). Both recommend only workaround by restarting CUIC reporting service but this doesn't help.
The way to temporary solve the issue is clicking “Edit Data Source” and then “Save” without changing anything.
From observing, the problem continually occurred exactly at midnight.
Please help recommend the solution for this problem..
Note: PCCE 10.5, and CUIC 10.5
