Hi,
I have a customer that currently has a desktop integration with Lync to their "CRM" application that they build internally. They are interested in moving to Jabber, but require this integration. What they are looking for is the ability to read the ANI and Phone State and write that to their database.
1) Is this possible with Jabber or CUCM API's?
2) If so, could someone help point me in the right direction to the documentation?
