Hello everyone, I hope all of you are doing well. I have a doubt about WIM (my customer is using version 9 and we are working to upgrade for version 11
Because he will not upgrade the ICM to version 11.5). Nowadays he uses forms in order to collect information from the customer, the chat is available only for not logged in clients.
He wants to deliver the chat feature also for logged in customer and, thinking in improving the customer xp, he desires use the information already available inside the session, instead of asking the customer to fill the forms. I was looking for guides and forums about this kind of "Integration" but without succes in find something. Any of you know how can I pass the information to the WIM? (Maybe query strings, HTTP Posts or even if exist an API or SDK fot wim versions 9 and 11).
