Using Cisco WebDialer

I am being told that the Cisco WebDialer service has bugs and has the ability to crash the Cisco phone system.

Does anyone have any real world experience of this service?

I'd appreciate any information that any one has?

Thanks for the reply.

I am aware of this document.

I've already coded a C# application that calls the WebDialer web service.

I was told I can't use it because "The WebDialer is buggy and it can abend the Cisco phone system."

I need someone who has real world experience with the web service to say it is perfectly safe to use.
