Within the WEBACD queue management, in the "Entry form" tab you can create new ones, there is a checkbox to show the field and another to checkbox it as mandatory. Since these last versions (currently 33.8.2.7) for our you can not leave the field as mandatory and without unchecking to show it, it has always been possible do it, NOT to show (now required) and mark the checked as mandatory. This affects the dynamic construction of the link and form HTML ( code as well as the API (https://developer.cisco.com/site/webex-developer/develop-test/webacd-api/webacd-server-soap-api.html) as it is not possible to build this dynamically because Get Queue Status returns URL variable does not return the complete structure of the form fields, so .. it will always show the form to the user.
