What is the purpose of using "RemInUse" state in Jabber SDK?

Hi,

We are integrating Jabber SDK with  our application. Can someone help with "RemInUse" state's purpose?

"RemInUse" should indicate 'Remote In-Use' state, i.e. the line is a shared-line, and another device is actively using the shared line.
