I cant seem to connect to sandboxapicdc.com. Trying to POST aaaLogin.json as well, timing out.

The team is already working on it. The alternative is the ACI reservable sandbox but at the moment is full, so keep an eye on it.

Your URL is incorrect; It needs to be https://sandboxapicdc.cisco.com. That said it does seem to be down. I am sure the team is working on getting it back up again.

For the always-on sandboxes .. this can just happen from time to time.
