anyconnect connectivity issues

Good Morning,

I have a problem with anyconnect I installed it but couldn't log into the lab using IP address devnetsandbox-usw1-reservation.cisco.com:20367

An error message is displayed "unable to contact devnetsandbox-usw1-reservation.cisco.com:20367 "

Couple of things you can check

• Is the sandbox showing as active and up (no errors)
• Do your company filter ports/destinations which might prevent access to sandbox
• The IPv4 and IPv6 protocols could have been checked by default in your system after a system update or the Cisco AnyConnect application update.
• Manually unselecting the IPv6 protocol resolves the client driver error in AnyConnect VPN
