When trying to access https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/RM/Topology, I get these errors:

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

None of the sandbox descriptions available via that page are accessible either.

I've had the same issue for the last hour, but I just checked again and it looks like the sandbox's are all back, at least for me.
