Can't access servers for Jabber Guest Lab

Hi,

I can't access the servers, I already reserved a lab, I got a ping for IPs, but I can't connect it, even the 10.10.20.1 web access (Cisco Unified CM Administration). And more one thing weird, the credentials of attributes, the username seems to be password and the opposite too. I put the domain\username, but nothing.

I tried access via mstsc too, but no success.

I have just checked access to your lab and its seems fine:

Are you sure that the IP address scheme of your LAN is not interfering with the VPN? Anyconnect will give you a 192.168.203.x address.

Not sure exactly what you mean by the password/username. can you explain further? is this in the access email you get?

Sincerely I don’t know about if my LAN is interfering with the VPN.

I have another doubt, on flie “basicChatDemo.html” what username and password Should I use?

I tried use all username and password that I found, and I don’t know if I have to create one or no.

I hope that you can help me.

I’m very newbie on Cisco world, I’m a C# developer, and this is the first contact with Cisco’s API.

Hi Victor,

I see today that your reservation has run out. You need to go back into the Sandbox portal and book a new lab. Please book it for up to 7 days.

Also, can you send me the link to this the basicChatDemo.html page. It may be an old site that needs to be updated. Also, if your are interested in IM /Presence chat, you need to book a CUCM 9.1 or 10.5 lab.

Am happy to help you out. Please book a new lab and we can take it from there.

I booked 7 days as you said.

You told me that I need to use CUCM, I tried but, I have permission to use just one reservation per time.

I believe that “basicchatdemo” is what I need to build a new integration. Or am I wrong?
