Can't Connect to Controller in "Secure DDoS Edge Protection with NCS"

Hi,

After reserving the Secure DDoS Edge Protection with NCS sandbox and joining the VPN, we are unable to connect to the controller at http://10.10.20.51.nip.io/

Also, the username for the NCS540 is wrong in the sandbox instructions page:

NCS 540 10.10.20.52 SSH demo/cisco123

The correct username is in the documentation but the overview page for this sandbox has the wrong username.

i haven't tried that lab yet, but see the HTTP URL despite the fact of mentioning HTTPS. Perhaps worth a try? Otherwise top right corner to drop a messagae to the Dev team to assist you.

I've tried http and https on both Chrome and Edge browsers, with no luck.

the backend k3s certificate was expired. We've renewed the certificates and the controller is accessible now.
