Hi,
There are three devices listed for this sandbox.
A customer reported they cannot reach the 10.10.20.81 host in the sandbox.
I reserved the sandbox and was able to log into 10.10.20.81 but nothing is displayed on the page. I tried different browsers as well:
I then tried to reach the second device, 10.10.20.55, but it began asking me to reset the password. That shouldn't be happening.
Finally, I tried reaching the third device, 10.10.20.50, and thankfully I was able to connect to it via RDP.
Please investigate these connection issues.

All issues have now been resolved. Sandbox is operational.
