Hi,
I can't reserve CML/CML Enterprise.
I currently have no active resource reservations, only past and completed ones:
However, the sandbox thinks that I have some resources currently reserved and it returns the error "Cannot create sandbox due to the following conflicts: One or more of the resources are already reserved".
How can I solve this?

Hey @Oksana,
I'm an admin for the sandboxes and I'm also showing you as having no active reservation. Can you please try clearing your browser cache / switching browsers and see if that works?

Hi,
I cleared browser's cache and I also tried another browser.
The error persist, however at the same time with the error, the sandbox offers me slots in 3 days for CML and in a week for CML Enterprise. Please, see below:
Previously it was not the case, both labs offered slots within a reasonable time (few hours at most).
What could I do to make it work the way it worked previously?

@Oksana after a while your history of reservations will automatically be cleared, i am not sure if you can delete these manually from your history. The CML sandboxes have been popular since day one of launch, its not unusual for a wait time in getting a reservation for both of these.
