Can't restart VM C480ML sandbox

Hello!
I've reserved C480ML sandbox. Connection is Okay, I sucessfully get access to server.

But when I started to download external docker continer with keras, VM got freeze.

ssh session lost by timeout, and no ping to server.

I found CIMC on 10.10.20.10 and ESXi on 10.10.20.20, I can connect to them, but didn't find credentilas.

I tried several defauls without any result.

Please, help me to restart VM or get ESXi credentials to do it myself.

PS Sandbox page is out of service until Monday, so can't even see lab guide.

It looks like since the vmdk ran out of space this lab appears to work but the teardown commands aren't being executed since it can't power off. I notice when the setup script runs everything returns already powered on so I think it is stuck in this state until someone fixes it.
