Cannot access Cisco Modeling Labs in Sandbox, AnyConnect VPN fails to connect

I have started a new Cisco Modeling Labs sandbox, the sandbox says it is active and has emailed me the AnyConnect VPN login details. When I login, AnyConnect fails with the error "VPN establishment capabiltiy for a remote user is disabled. A VPN connection will not be established."

 

 

I closed the lab down and tried a different one - Open NX-OS with Nexus 9Kv - and was able to connect fine. So I don't think its my AnyConnect VPN or anything on my client side. This same Cisco Modeling Labs sandbox was working fine last week when I was using it, but today the AnyConnect login fails.
