Cannot get SandBox to start

I am trying to get any 11.5 or 12.0 CUCM Sandbox to start. On Friday, I started it for 8 hours and was able to use it. On Sat, the Friday Sandbox was ended, so I started a 11.5 CUCM Sandbox for 1 week. I could not get connected to CUCM inside of Windows Server RDP. On Monday, I still could not connect to CUCM inside Windows VM, after many resets and restarts, so I ended the reservation and started a CUCM 12.0 Sandbox, before lunch. Today, is Tue and the SandBox setup is still not completed. I ended it this morning and am now waiting for it to finish the teardown so I can start a fresh Sandbox. Who administrates these Sandboxs? I can't find any way to contact someone about basic setup issues.

I was able to end the CUCM 12.0 sandbox. I created a new CUCM 11.5 sandbox. It says Sandbox created with errors. I did not get the email with connection info.
