Hi,
I just provisioned a Lab for the IOS XE on 9000 and I tried to VPN in, but was unsuccessful. I am not able to get a response from
devnetsandboxsj.cisco.com, either via hostname or ip. It seems to not be up and working.

I see your reservation has ended but we will spin up one of these labs to replicate the issue.

Dennis,
Just reserved that sandbox and can access the VPN successfully.
Can you reserve the lab again for a few days and we can troubleshoot if necessary?

Hi jokearns,
I tried spinning another session up this morning, but am getting the same result. I cannot seem to get vpn access, nor does the hostname or ip respond to ping (which I am unsure if you allow ICMP or not). I also tried connecting from my phone with anyconnect, and that also did not seem to have any response.
