I am using Cisco Sandbox. I've reservation for "Unified Contact Center Express 12.5". All the initial setup went well. But now when I am trying to call using Cisco Jabber (Logged in as User from given list) to an Agent, then it always showing, "No Call Information Available Please Contact your administrator".
Even I tried to reserve "Unified Contact Center Express 11.5" but there also when I am calling an Agent, not able to get any call information in any CallVariables. All CallVariable are returning with NULL value.
I need to set up Screen Pop gadget and requires value of CallVariable1 (ANI). I am new to CISCO, Can anyone please help and let me know if I am missing something and why I am not able to get any Call information?
