I was trying to use the sandbox but it requires cisco secure client. When I try to download cisco secure client it requires active contract. So is this not available for personal use?

Hello @Baz99,

as you noticed a valid service contract is required to download this software from Cisco. In the past they offered an older version of AnyConnect at the DevNet site to access the sandboxes but it got removed a few years ago already. I heard that Cisco is working on a solution - whatever this means - but this will take time for sure.

So at this point the options are limited. You can either try to use OpenConnect which is open source and some users reported that the command line version on Linux is working. However, the Windows version appears not to work at all.

On Windows you can either try to use an older versoin of AnyConnect that is available here:
https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9wzdncrdj8lh?hl=en-US&gl=US

The only other alternative is to run a Linux VM on Windows and try to use OpenConnect.

HTH!
