Cisco Webex Sandbox lab failing to set up

Hi... I am trying to set up a sandbox environment for Cisco Webex but it keeps failing. When I look for details in the "Activity" tab, I see the error "Setup' resource command on 'WebEx User_04cb-740d' failed with 'General Execution' error".... not sure what it means but I've tried couple of times with the same outcome. I also get an email with the following text in case it brings light to the root cause

"We are sorry to tell you that we've encountered error Failed to evaluate expression: Row 'Error' not found while provisioning your WebEx ennvironment. Please end your reservation and try it again after few hours. If the question is persistent, please raise an issue in our support forum https://communities.cisco.com/community/developer/sandbox"

Does anybody know how to fix it ?
