Hello,

If try to start a from a CML Enterprise sandbox, I get "Starting lab failed. System is not licensed. I get a similar error when I try starting any node from any lab. I'm not sure this is a problem from my side. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

It is working now. Looks like it was either some temporary issue or something was done to fix it. In any case, thank you for the prompt follow up.

@NBenat good stuff thanks for the update - ENG were able to swiftly turn this around!

@bigevilbeard hi dear,

I have the same issue. Can you please let ENG check it again?

I get this when I try to run my lab that I have uploaded and the same thing when I try to add a node from "ADD NODES" options.

"

Starting node failed: System is not licensed.

"

Thank you.

Hawbir

We've identified the root cause of the issue. The fixing may take up few hours.

Unfortunately, I still get the same message.

Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

Thank you for your support.
