Cobra SDK seems to be missing on Always-On APIC Simulator

When I try to browse to the SDK download page (https://sandboxapicdc.cisco.com/cobra/_downloads/), I get the following status: Not Found (403, 404)

This also occurs when trying to access the SDK documentation (https://sandboxapicdc.cisco.com/cobra/)

Is this expected behavior?

Just an update for anyone who is looking for an answer to this. The Cobra SDK may be downloaded by clicking "How To Setup Your Own Computer" at the top of the lab and then scrolling down to the "Install Cobra SDK" heading.
