The collab sandbox was removed recently.

Hello - another user said on another thread ( https://community.cisco.com/t5/devnet-sandbox/the-sand-box-is-down/m-p/5337155/highlight/true#M11706 ) that the Collab 14 and PCCE labs had been "retired", which suggests they're not only removed but never coming back.  Can you confirm?       And is it the same situation for the CER sandbox?   
I'm curious whether any of those three are (or might be) coming back someday, or conversely if those three have been permanently retired.

@nmealy correct this was confirmed in another thread here, for now there is no plans to have these put back in the catalog.
