Where is the CUCM sandbox VM choices in the cisco sandbox, why are they all missing

only 12.0 and 12.5 exist.
10.5 (which. was removed a while ago for no reason and is in another thread asking for its return) AND NOW
11.0 and 11.5 do not exist in the sandbox for a CUCM VM
