DevNet Sandbox always-on IOS XE on CSR only login in EXEC mode (again)

Hi Team,

Both always on instances are unusable.

https://sandbox-iosxe-recomm-1.cisco.com/ has only exec mode (cannot go into enable mode). Furthermore, nor restconf nor https access is working.

sandbox-iosxe-latest-1.cisco.com seems to be down altogether.

Would appreciate if anybody can fix this. Thanks!

David

Try using the reservation based IOS sandbox, that looks ok.

Whom should we inform to get it fixed? Reservation based IOS sandbox requires VPN and my company notebook does not let this. AS explained above, I can only ssh to the https://sandbox-iosxe-recomm-1.cisco.com/ but netconf fails.

Thanks.

Engineering team watch these forum posts - from another thread from someone at Cisco, they are aware and fixing the issue.

I've been having these issues for ~2 weeks now... I'm in the same boat with the VPN... is Cisco under attack? Is it a shortage of engineers? A heads up from someone at Cisco as to what's going on and when it's expected to be resolved would be nice...

@tcharlton i was speaking with the team in the Cisco Champions room, they are aware of the issue. With the AO sandbox being fully open, malicious use happens a lot sadly.
