Devnet sandbox email different than devnet account email address

I'm trying to reserve a sandbox session.  However, for some reason - the email address in the sandbox is from my previous company, so I am not receiving the email for the reservation or the vpn info.  My email address appears up to date on my devnet account.  No idea who to reach out to on this.
