DevNet Sandbox reserved but active with error and no VPN cred Email

Sandbox : Packaged Contact Center Enterprise 12.6

Status : reserved but active with error

No Anyconnect credentials Email received.

Hi @All,

I got the below error  and cannot receive the second email for the VPN. neither it is displayed on the output screen May I have some help on this?

Below is the copy paste from the Output screen:

@theshakti17 All I can suggest is cancel your reservation and reschedule a new one. If the same thing happens the sandbox engineering team will need to look into this.
