Is the Sandbox VPN down? I can't connect with the VPN instructions I received via email.

Hello Kevin (And Fernando),
The Sandbox VPN currently is up, and wasn't down last week. Have you connected to the Sandbox VPN before? Could you please send me your username so I can check your reservation? Could you also please share with me the errors that you're seeing in AnyConnect?

This is resolved. It was an issue with my VPN client.

On my first reservation to the sandbox I connected to the server but the password provided did not work. On my second reservation to the sandbox I get a message that says "Could not connect to the Server".
In addition. I have VIRL on a VM server. I recently purchased a second VIRL license. I used it once on a four node lab and now I get a error that says that I have exceeded 20 nodes. Does Cisco have a 1-800 customer support number I can call ?
