Difference between Hunt Group and Contact Center? Is there any other way to achieve Call Routing similar to that of a Hunt Pilot No. (one main number which routes call to all other numbers mapped)

Hello Omkar-

It is very possible to achieve the call routing scenario that you've described in the screen shot below. Just to clarify, all users will dial in to 18001234567. The first call would be routed to the San Jose Line Group, and the second call would be routed to the New York Line Group? Then the pattern would continue (San Jose, New York, San Jose, New York, etc...) to distrubute calls round robin as described?
