DNA Center Lab 2 Error occured during "Connectivity" Stage

Hello Community,

I reserved a Lab to test Cisco DNA Center, but unfortunately the setup failed while installing, so i did not received a second mail with VPN Information and the Sandbox is telling me:

Attached also a screenshoot of the Setup overview with indicators of the errors.

It is also telling me to seek help here, so i hope someone can help me fix it.

Tried so far: 

- Only thing i could find to do was hitting refresh IP on the DevBox, but this is running for a couple of minutes now and doesnt seem to make a difference.

If the sandbox comes up with errors such as you see, it is worth cancelling the reservation and spinning up a new one, sometimes there can be an error upon build. Please try this, if the issue is still present when you reserve a new one, please advise.
