DNA sandbox - pip install not working

Following the initial labs (or trying to!) for Cisco DNA and the Im unable to install the resource package because pip install crashes the devbox. What can i be doing wrong? Its the first lab! Ive tried all combinations of VPN hopping. For reference its the very first DNAC lab - Authentication.

Ive waited 2 months for this reservation and the day is wasted, again.

Personally i do not believe you can install any software on the Sanbox as per i know.

Did the sandbox documetn said, you can install using PiP?

Hello @4qbuddy as @balaji.bandi noted, you should not install anything on the devbox. I think you are following this Learning Lab, https://developer.cisco.com/learning/tracks/programming-dna/dnac-rest-apis/dnac-101-auth/step/2 (please confirm this). You need to perform this action on your local machine.
