DNAC Sandbox not working

Problem with DNAC "Always On" Sandbox: When logging into DNAC, after entering DNAC login credentials, I get error code 431 "This page isn't working."
This is after I already tried using the dCloud DNAC lab, where the DNAC also doesn't work, but with a different error, and I submitted a ticket for that days ago and have only been told that the ticket has been "escalated."

Finally got into the Always On sandbox by switching from Chrome to Firefox, but accomplished very little because access to DNAC is read-only.

@njccnp correct as these are always on these are read only this is to prevent abuse to platforms. For one with admin access you will need to reserve this one for example https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/RM/Diagram/Index/07f8c79c-a484-4260-a286-9cc5a7fff765?diagramType=Topology - as i see there are current four reservable DNAC sandboxes in devnet, this one (3) is currently showing no issues.
