Unable to connect AnyConnect VPN for UCCX sandbox

Hi Experts,

Recently, I was able to reserve a sandbox for Unified Contact Center Express 12.5 and I received the Lab Network address and its credentials. But when I tried to connect through the VPN from AnyConnect with the credentials I'm getting a Log In failed error message.

Could you please help on resolving this issue.

@sooriyaprakash cancel the reservation and start a new one. If this happens again, it could be an issue the team need to advise on. Ensure you are copying an pasting the username/password in without spaces.
