Error starting SandBox "IOS XE Programmability on the Catalyst 9000"

I encounter errors starting this SandBox "IOS XE on Catalyst 9000 16.12 EFT Code".

I did not receive any VPN credentials email, and some errors appeared in the activity feed.

Reserved this sandbox two times with the same errors.
