reservation error - OOB Setup script returned errors

while reserving i am getting below error and not even getting VPN credentials email 

please advise.

Having similar issue. Lab status is "Active with ERRORS". I've tried restarting this lab several times and outcome is the same

We've experience network issue in the weekend. The sandbox is now recovered.
